Target Country
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Orders placed from outside the United States will not be processed or fulfilled.

Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure same-day processing, all orders must be placed before 18:00 (GMT-4), Monday through Friday. Orders submitted after this cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next eligible business day.

Handling Time
Our standard handling time ranges from 1 to 3 business days, during which your order will be carefully prepared, packed, and dispatched. Handling occurs only on business days, Monday to Friday, and excludes weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Transit Time
Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of the carrier. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday only. Please note that we do not process or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time
Taking into account both handling and transit times, customers can generally expect delivery within 3 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

Currency
All transactions and shipping-related costs are processed in USD. If you make payment using another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or transaction fees that are outside our control.
