If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a 60-day return and exchange window for products purchased in the United States. This policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and peace of mind for our valued customers.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items, provided the products are returned in new and unused condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

Return and Exchange Process
All returns and exchanges are processed by mail only. To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team at info@zevielle.com. Once your request is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided for you to download and print. This label must be securely attached to your package before mailing it back to us.

Cost of Returns
We believe in hassle-free returns. Therefore, all return shipping costs are covered by us. Customers will not be responsible for any fees associated with sending back their items.

Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees applied to any return or exchange. You will receive the full value of the product as originally paid.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return. All refunds will be issued using your original payment method. You will also receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed. Please note that if your payment was made in a currency other than USD, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees that are outside of our control.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, simply follow the same return process outlined above. Upon receiving your return, we will promptly send your replacement item at no additional cost to you.
